WELCOME TO THE MPOWERED WAITING LIST!

Thanks for signing up to the waiting list for PT services. Apologies that I unable to accommodate you with a regular training slot at the moment, but I’d like to invite you to become part of the community none the less! Your place on the waiting list includes what I am affectionately calling, the Modern Mothers Club. As women in this modern world, we are busier than we’ve ever been, managing high expectations of ourselves with little support! My hope is that this club – full of amazing ladies and me, your coach –  will equip you with strength, confidence and resilience, as well as the tools you need to create and sustain healthy habits that enable you to thrive and beat the overwhelm of motherhood.  Well done for being here.

First up, some admin. Boo! Yes, I know – far too much life admin already so let’s bash through this and get it out of the way. The following tasks need to be done before your first session:

Prenatal PARQ     Postnatal PARQ      Generic PARQ   (If you’re unsure if you need the postnatal or generic and you’ve had a baby, complete the postnatal version).

Join the Modern Mothers Club facebook group HERE. In this group I go live each month to answer coaching questions from 1-1 PT and Small group PT clients . The form to submit questions is in the group. You can also share your wins and struggles in this group. This is a safe, encouraging and judgment-free group. Please help me to keep it this way. 

Our weekly in-person PT sessions start with a standardised warm up. Want to try it at home so you’re familiar with it? You can find it HERE.
