Thanks for signing up to what I am affectionately calling the Modern Mothers Club. As mothers in this modern world, we are busier than we’ve ever been, managing high expectations of ourselves with little support! My hope is that this club – full of amazing ladies and me, your coach – will equip you with strength, confidence and resilience, as well as the tools you need to create and sustain healthy habits that enable you to thrive and beat the overwhelm of motherhood. Well done for being here.

Join the Modern Mothers Club facebook group HERE. In this group I’ll go live each month to answer your coaching questions. The form to submit questions is in the group. You can also share your wins and struggles in this group. This is a safe, encouraging and judgment-free group. Please help me to keep it this way.
Our weekly in-person Small Group PT sessions start with a standardised warm up. When you’ve arrived (and settled baby if you have one) you can begin the warm up straight away. Want to try it at home so you’re familiar with it? You can find it HERE.
